So far, The Encanto's daughter is very, very fast paced, perhaps too fast paced. I feel like I just got a huge info dump about the world and the plot in these first few chapters. It kind of feels like the first few chapters should have been spread out to a whole book instead.
However, I really did enjoy learning about Filipino mythology, and having that representation. I also really like the premise of a girl getting thrown into a fantasy world in general. Overall, despite some of the issues, it seems interesting so far.
