A book after my heart: Spooky Season + World Development + Filipinx Stories

As a Filipina, I will always gravitate towards books from Filipinx authors. And as a lover of fiction, world development, and a good map in a book, I am super intrigued!! I love how much Filipinx influences there are -- from the MC's name, to the opening message, to the scary stories about mambabarangs; I am hooked. Regardless, I am super excited to see what Melissa has in store with The Encanto's Daughter.
