If the cover is not enough to entice you, the first few pages will absolutely suck you in. Even with the somewhat jarring shifts in time, place and narrator the story is absolutely enthralling. I can hardly wait to read the entire thing to see if we get more backstory on how the Flies come to be as in Station Eleven or if we are just shown how to deal with it more like Last Ones Left Alive.
