I really liked the cover. The beginning was great! Snowy road. Cars not able to move because of an accident in the middle of a snow storm. Cell phones cannot get a signal. A very pregnant wife goes into labor. A mid-wife just happens to be a couple of cars behind when she sees the couple get out of their car and get in the backseat. Then the book gets weird.
