The cover looks interesting but the blurb from the author of 'The Hazel Wood' has me a bit on the edge. I was not a fan of 'The Hazel Wood' and normally, or usually, an author reviews a book that falls in with their normal interests/books I tend to avoid it.
From the first preview I can't tell if this is a book I'll enjoy or a book that I'll not finish. I find the writing strong and the narration but I don't know if the topic/plot is for me.
