I've read several apocalypse or end of the world books, although this one is about a flu. I believe that it's ironic given the fact that a virus is causing fear in our lives right now at the moment. Whilst I believe the summary could have been more intriguing since it sounds like plenty of other stories I've read, I do enjoy the cover, as it comes out as interesting.
