Although time travel isn’t usually a favorite topic of mine, I did enjoy this book. The opening chapter had me intrigued and the following chapters had me on a roller coaster. Just when I thought I had something figured out I was surprised with the twist that was thrown in.
I felt bad for everything that Carly went through and was surprised by how many twists and turns her life took. I was hopeful that everything would turn out ok with her baby, I definitely didn’t see the end result turning out the way it did. I was also praying that the situation with her husband wasn’t quite as bad as it appeared, and again, the twist that part of the story took surprised me.
Overall, I enjoyed this book and would recommend it. However, there were some issues I had, mainly timeline stuff that didn’t make sense.
