The first 8 pages of this book are already incredibly inviting. Caroline is a wet behind the ears physical therapist who’s just coaxed a smile out of a possibly suicidal recalcitrant man with a broken ankle when no one else could. She’s an eager, likeable character who is incredibly intrigued by Hunter singing the lines to a song he couldn’t possibly know and now she knows just the gal for him. I’m hooked and I can’t wait to find out where this plot is going and what is going to happen for Caroline’s daughter.
