Can't wait to read this one!
I already know that Diane Chamberlain writes phenomenal stories about parts of history that are often times forgotten or overlooked, so I know that whatever Caroline will do for her daughter will be ground breaking for that time frame.
Because the cover shows a reflection of a little girl beside the mother but the girl isn't there on the actual ground, it makes me wonder if she did lose her daughter to whatever experimental medicine/procedure she tried. I know this one will keep me hooked and I can't wait to get my hands on it and see what Caroline chooses. After all, what mother wouldn't go to any lengths to save her child?
