This really isn’t my kind of book. I am not a fan of this type of story. I started reading this first impression, and I honestly couldn’t finish it. The plot seemed to have promise, with having to overcome a painful past, for the survival of their people. But I just couldn’t get into it. Only being able to read a page or two in. Nothing against this book, or author, for someone that likes this type of book, it could be an excellent read, but it’s not my thing. The cover however is beautiful.
