Science fiction is not my favorite genre but occasionally I run across one that I find really interesting. However, this one doesn't do it for me! Former slaves thrown overboard to become mermaids who have a strong need for verbal historians? No, thanks. I'll leave this one for the science fiction enthusiasts.
