So this is a First Look full of an intriguing mermaid society. I've never been a huge Mermaid Person but I am down for reimagining pretty much anything into a more complex society, and Rivers Solomon is obviously a top choice to do it. The cover is beautiful as well, making it a physical object I'm excited to see in person eventually. I can't wait to read more!
