I have always been fascinated with mythology, slavery, and fantasy. Now you take all three and wrap them up into one. I can only imagine what it is like for Yetu, being the keeper of everyone's memories. This seems like a story that we can all learn a lesson from and maybe learn a little bit about ourselves in the process. I look forward to reading this book and listening to the song that inspired it!
