Ok, first off-- this cover? Gorgeous. The colors and everything just immediately drew me in and made me want to pick it up. From the excerpt, I feel like I would really enjoy this. I love historical fiction, especially when it's based on real people. I think the characters were interesting and the writing was engaging, and I can't wait to see what happens.
