Love that eye catching, vibrant cover! I was immediately drawn in the story of the Davenport family and really enjoyed the story of this Black family during the early 1900s. I was most interested in Helenโs story. How will her family react when they find out she is working alongside her brother as a mechanic? Canโt wait to find out!
