I love when a book encapsulates an era such as Chicago 1910. I'm not familiar with the historical family this book is based off of, but I am dying to read this story after those opening pages! The Davenports have charisma to them and I'm already rooting for their characters. I think I'm going to have to use my points to claim a copy because this sounds so delightful!
