Gosh! I first read the Lux series a few years back. It was one of those series that you dive into and you don’t come back up for air until every single book has been read. It was so good. I love aliens, and make them hot aliens? That’s even better. I wasn’t sure really if I would like the darkest star, just because spin offs usually end up being flat for me. But I bought the darkest star after seeing it all over Instagram and after loving some of her other books, I decided to give it a read. It didn’t disappoint. I think Evelyn was a little annoying but not so much so that I couldn’t look past it. The romance though....it’s usually number one for me, I usually need it in a book. And it was there and it was fire!
