After reading "From Blood and Ash" by Jennifer Armentrout I was experiencing one of the worst book hangovers of my life, I tried (and failed) to read other books on my TBR but I just couldn't get into them.
I then of course decided that the only way to cure this book hangover was to read yet another book by this amazing author.
I have read this book twice now and it only gets better. The first time I read it, I was not sure how I felt about Luc, I kind of thought that he was just an asshole who thought he knew everything. While reading it the second time, I fell more in love with the characters and was able to see the bigger picture.
All of the secrets, mysteries, and clues, kept me from putting this book down. I was so completely engrossed in it, trying to figure out how everything fit together. From the moment I picked it up I knew that I would love this series. I admit, that I DEVOURED this book in one sitting. I did not put it down until I had finished it.
This is a great book, and I recommend it to anyone who wants a quick and easy read that will keep you on your toes.
