What better way to fuse two amazing genres, sci-fi fantasy/ YA romance than to unite two "star-crossed" characters and blur the lines between following the rules or following your heart. I knew I would connect with Evie as soon as she alluded to her Instagram addiction and love for tacos. I am intrigued to see how the relationship between Evie and Luc progresses and changes. I am left with so many questions that need answers! What happened to Colleen? How does Evie's mom know Luc?! The first eight chapters have captivated me and drawn me into the world of the Luxen again and I can't wait to find out what happens next!
