I've read quite a few dystopic YA sci-fi novels in my day but this one is by far the most intriguing! It reminded me a bit of Twilight in the fact that the male and female protagonists don't necessarily get along when they first meet, but unlike Twilight, the dialogue and action is on-point. My high school students will appreciate how realistic Evie is and her banter with Luc. Like I said, sarcasm at its finest! The only negative I have to report is the cover -- I don't think it does the plotline (what I've read of it so far) any justice.
