I've been a fan of Alexandra Bracken ever since her debut novel Brightly Woven. Her lyrical writing has always been captivating to read. I loved The Darkest Minds so finding out there is a continuing story to the series was a delight.
Ruby and Liam were very strong characters from the Darkest Minds so I'm very interested to see Zu's story develop. I gotta admit, Alexandra knows how to start off her book with a bang, alright! The first few chapters I was able to read has gotten me even more intrigued.
