This book opens in a current setting, and it reminds me a little bit of X-Men mixed with modern-day American politics. It's from a first person point of view and I feel as though it could get interesting if it really dove into the politics surrounding this psi-kid round up. It's a neat idea for a book, and it's definitely worth a read.
