Very captivating idea and the author does a good job of wielding literary techniques to make the story more impactful. I wasn’t sure what to except when I first started reading, but the more I read the more entwined in the story I became. The writing style was sophisticated and clean. I also found the ideas and writing techniques to be a unique and fresh approach to literature. The story is an impactful one and will stick with me in the coming weeks. Originally i was hesitant to start reading because I am not typically a big fan of this genre and had not heard of the author beforehand. I am very glad I gave it and try and learned new things about this very detailed story. True crime novels are new to me but i am both fascinated and haunted by this tale. I was so surprised to learn that this was the story of a real murder! So interesting, and I recommend to all crime fanatics.
