This sounds like it could be a description for an actual bestselling mystery. Looking forward to knowing more about this colorful cast of real life characters and finding out what went down at these tar pits. I’m especially intrigued by the fact that these criminals seem comically incompetent and I can only imagine all the twists this tale will have.
