This novel was the perfect summer read! It was filled with summer camp nostalgia but also a page turner! The author did a great job of putting the best friends from all walks of life in the middle of mystery. The characters really kept me guessing until the end.
I really enjoyed the chapters alternating in past and present. It kept me interested into what secrets were going to be uncovered.
I also love the element of the rich privilege that surrounded this camp! You just feel the tension between the characters that have everything vs the locals. You never know which one of them is jealous and would do anything to keep their secrets kept safe to protect their own interests!
Also the camp owners in this book with their wholesome traditions, holding on to camp of summers past were very interesting characters. Everyone seemed to have an agenda! It was a fun read and I look forward to more from this author!
