Would it surprise any of you that I was a camp girly? Because I was. I went to overnight camp for 10 years and was even a junior counselor there. I couldn't wait to read this copy that I won through @bookishfirst and tore into it as soon as I got it.

It was a fast, compelling read. I loved the aspects of camp that were woven into the story. But for some reason, I thought this book would be focused on a camp-specific murderer and more of a whodunnit but this was a little anticlimactic because it wasn't as fun. And the catalyst for the murder...meh. Boring and not fun. It could've been in any book; not camp-specific.

This is an author I'll definitely keep my eye on because the story kept me interested and I did want to see what happened.
