This might be the deadly summer camp novel of my dreams. I love the way the narration builds up the suspenseful atmosphere of the novel, and how we live inside Goldie's head. It feels like having a front row seat to the action. I think Jessica Goodman totally gets that you can love something (camp) and still write a murder novel about it.
