Sounds like the makings for an 80's horror movie! The prologue is a great attention-getter, offers a lot of intrigue starting out. I like the writing style so far. Can't really relate to the characters but that's not a requirement for me to read a book. Not a reader of the YA genre but looks interesting enough to give this one a try.
