My first impression of The Counselors by Jessica Goodman is that it is a thrilling, intense read that includes all of the elements of a mystery thriller, including drama, suspense and murder. What can I say except I was drawn in the minute I read the Prologue. The author has done a good job creating and crafting the characters who fit so perfectly with the plot. The more I read the more anxious I was to find out how it ends. This book will have readers on the edge of their seat when they read it in anticipation of what happens next. I rated it a five.
