From the first line this book had me hooked. The author has this way of writing that not only puts you at ease but makes you feel as if you’re right there as everything unfolds. It had realistic dialogue and steadily built upon the mystery of what exactly happened to Goldie Easton. I really liked how Goldie is fleshed out right from the beginning. I also like that we see why the camp is so important to her. Pretty much I didn’t want the sample to end because the voice of the MC left you wanting to know more and figure what was going on. Definitely interested in this story.
