What a great family story! Love, forgiveness and loyalty mixed with a smidge of crazy. I enjoyed all of the characters in this story but Tara was my favorite. Each one had a different situation so that was interesting and It all blended well. I love how Conner (Tara’s nephew) supports his family in his own special way. It had a nice easy flow and although we have a lot going on with this family it wasn’t muddled with too much detail. Tara’s secret is slowly revealed and felt authentic to me. I was cheering for her throughout the story and if she were a real person, I’d want to be friends with her. This is an easy story to fall into and the writing had a nice pace. The author painted a good picture and although it’s not the genera I usually read, It was very enjoyable and I’ll look for this author again.
