I absolutely loved 'We Are The Brennan's so when I found out that Tracey Lange has written another book I had to get my hands on it as soon as possible. Oh, this book! I'm a big fan of family drama novels with subjects I can relate to and this story did not disappoint. The writing (once again) is absolutely beautiful and the characters very well written. I got completely lost inside the story and finished the book pretty much in one sitting. Tara had my heart right from the beginning and I was rooting for her. Family relationships can be so complicated and full of heartache, especially when the person has a past that's not very favorable. I can certainly relate to that and I am sure many other people can as well. Rebuilding one's life after it took a wrong turn is not easy but it certainly makes for great writing. I give this book five stars for sure and I'm hoping Tracey is working on a new novel.
