The Connellys of County Down by Tracey Lange starts with out main character, Tara getting released from prison after serving eighteen months on a drug charge. Right away, there is an intrigue arising about our MC because of this situation. We don't know what kind of a person she is or even if she's going to be a likeable protagonist which may make this a different kind of a book.
