After a terrible crash that took the death of Margot’s parents and sisters; and in which she was the sole survivor, Margot is sent to an orphanage where she left crying out most nights all alone.
She doesn’t make any friends and just goes with the flow. Her previous life full of friends, popularity and being known as one of a group of mean girls, Margot has now began to lead a complacent life with much of nothing. Her fathers law firm sold most belongings when they first believed she would not survive and used the funds to pay the family trusts debts such as her mothers dental practice she had recently started before her death.
After months of just existing, she receives word that she is indeed going to be given a new home and it is a someone from her father’s past. She is shocked to see where her new life will begin and is rarely at coming to terms to everything happening so fast.
