Just read some of the introduction to this book. It reads very well and is definitely mine and my husband's kind of book. The beginning of the book sounds like it could really happen in the real world. Margot is a strong person and seems like she will do whatever it takes to survive. Making friends in a group home in a situation like this is hard for a young person and it seems like it is a battle until you can get yourself settled in and finding you place in the pecking order. I believe that she will survive and come out the better for her bad experience at the beginning.
