Margot loses her family in an accident, and after several months, is brought to an estate to be a companion to Agatha. Until 8.5 months earlier, Agatha was a normal teenager, but now she is catatonic. The creepiness is that the Sutton family wants Margot to stay in the "nursery" with Agatha. They live in a Gothic style mansion. Agatha doesn't acknowledge Margot's presence at all. It is clearly sinister!
