The thing I loved about this novel, besides the intriguing plot and characters, was the writing style. I love when a book has two different views in the book that we have to switch back and forth between in order to get the completed story. I like getting glimpses and information, bit-by-bit, in order to understand the story.
The characters were also easy to understand and I enjoyed following their stories. Never in the book was there a lull and never a dull moment in which the story did not feel like it was well paced. It was, if anything, a pace-turner.
I enjoyed that although the book wasn't small, it didn't drag on and I read it fairly quickly for a genre I don't typically read all that often. I think I personally finished it in about a day or two. Once I read the first page, I didn't want to put the book down until the very end!
All in all, I highly recommend this book!
