The first few pages are intriguing, and then it just gets better. Who is this artist who remains secluded and hides her past? Why has she left home, and what happened to her sisters? That was enough of an opening for me to want to explore but Sylvia sits in her bed awaiting an uninvited visitor with a gun (even if that visitor only exists in her mind), I knew I had to find out the true story of Sylvia who used to be (maybe yes and maybe no but most definitely yes) Iris.
