…so the premise of this book was intriguing which was why I was interested in reading this one…however it was just kind of a let down for me.
The story is set in a private school setting which always as the kids whose parents buy them a spot or “the underprivileged” that got there by other means, and we all always know how that plays out.
The kids in their late teens but how they acted were more like middle schoolers to me.
I just had a hard time with the book in general. It was spooky, or scary as o was let to believe and the ending felt quite rush.
This book is not for me, but then I am not a fan of middle grade books. Which I do feel that a middle grade child would very much enjoy reading this one themselves.
I don’t like giving bad reviews but I really struggled with just getting through this book and actually finishing it, put it down way to many times to count.
