Overall, I thought this first look was pretty intriguing! In particular, I felt a lot of sympathy for Ife and her tough situation at this new, intensive school right away, and the struggle she experiences in trying to fit in. I think this sets up some good conflict and growth for her, as well as getting me emotionally invested. At the same time, though, the opening sequence of Benny's brother getting, apparently, taken by the Changing Man wasn't quite as frightening or intense as I wanted it to be--the imagery just wasn't all that chilling, and I feel like it might've been better to cut it off a little bit sooner, to maintain the intrigue. Still, I'm definitely curious about what or who the Changing Man is.
