I understand the want to be published. I would love to write a book and have it published. I can understand that journalists work incredibly hard to receive little credit other than a byline, unless they have the greatest story. This felt like a brag fest, from the author. This did not feel like helpful advice, just explaining how she did everything and found success. Tips and tricks followed her story example and how she completed those tips and tricks. Not every journalist can be so lucky. We can find these tips and tricks if we type “Easy Ways to Get Published”. She also recommended having an editor look over certain pieces. How exactly do we do that, find an editor and beg for their help? This felt like a waste of time reading.
