Doesn't appeal to me
From the excerpt, this book is organized, and the list of ideas is displayed in an easy to follow format. The first chapter is 90+ pages, and I found that I was skimming the excerpt because the subject matter just isn't what appeals to me as a reader. Or a possible writer.
For those serious about writing and getting published, this book might prove helpful. I was turned off by the "x" number of students get published before five week course ends, "so and so" wrote a piece about sexual assault and was published in some magazine/website/advice column, etc.
The cover is amazing, and I would pick up this book in a store to glance through it for the cover alone.
