The Beginning section was keeping me in suspense and that last line, wow! The magic that was introduced was very interesting and I look forward to learning more. Before the midpoint of Chapter 1 I felt that I was catching on to her plan, but not that poor sap. I enjoyed the description of story's setting and how the author shows the atmosphere in which the scene is set. I look forward to the rest of this novel!
