This seems like it's going to be a very interesting YA fantasy. The writing is beautiful, and I love the lushness of the setting and the author's descriptions. The plot also sounds interesting - I'm all about magic and female empowerment and also about the main character transforming herself into a boy to save her family. Everything about this book sounds amazing!
