Captivating from the first paragraph!

I want to start by saying the cover captured my attention first. I love the image on it. I then read the overview and was very intrigued to read more. I have read the first 4 chapters and was so let down when the preview ended. I had no idea that Kentucky Blue people we're even a real thing and am embarrassed by my lack of knowledge. I can't wait to finish this whole book!!!
