I recently read an article online about the horseback librarians of Kentucky and was fascinated. I work in a library and witness every day the dedication of my coworkers to connect people with books and other resources. I'm so glad to see a book about one of these women, even if it is a work of fiction. I vaguely remember hearing about the blue people of Kentucky and look forward to learning more about their culture as well. I'm certainly going to read this one.
