The cover of this book is what initially captured my attention. The stack of books with a wooden chair. The title of the book also captivated me. Then I started reading. The first character sounds amazing. She can hear the books talking to her! Who wouldn’t want to hear what the books had to say?
Next came the introduction of the next characters to the story. These three characters and their back story is one of sadness mixed with redemption back to sadness then on to how they were/are going to get a new start on life
At the end of this preview the author takes all of these amazing and unique characters and meshes them perfectly into the plot for the story. This leaves the reader wanting to read more! I’m super excited to find this in a bookstore!
