This book offers a distinctly different point of view with the concept of books that talk. Having said that, who among us hasn't passed a book and felt it "calling" to us. I would like to think we all hear books call (or beckon) our name from time to time and this would not seem strange to me at all. You just have to be willing to listen. Great cover, great premise, and an interesting protagonist. How could it not be great? Looking forward to this novel.
