This book was absolutely an adventure for me. As I started reading, I wondered if I was going to like it. The further I processed, the more I fell in love with the characters, the storyline, the journey. She took my breath away in some parts, yet built from the dust some wild and exciting things in my imagination because of her exquisite imagery. The words, the characters, it all just became so beautiful to me. The evolution of who these characters were and became was so intriguing yet cathartic because you relished their journey and you, too, changed along with them. I didn't think I would like this book, but it ended up becoming a wonderful and beautiful story that melted my heart, gave me some heart palpitations, and filled my soul in a lovely way.
