The beginning of this book was so beautifully descriptive. Every detail was easy to imagine. The plot was unlike anything I have ever read before. The main character seemed so full of herself, but not in a malicious way. I was intrigued to learn more about her. And playing with the theme of beauty, I was hoping the author explores the many aspects of it, outward beauty, inner beauty, and how beauty really is in the eye of the beholder. There really are so many possibilities with a story like this. I felt a little hesitant about the idea of so many characters, her many "sisters". I am not sure if they all have a place in the book, but it might be necessary to keep a running list at the start of the book. All in all, I'm very intrigued.
